Change Your Image, Change Your Results with Joanne Castillo
Thursday Jan 07, 2021
Thursday Jan 07, 2021
Every year, almost 50% of people who set new year’s resolutions set goals related to their physical health. While many start hitting the gym or their living room, one of the reasons people fail is that they completely omit the steps needed to achieve inner transformation which needs to happen first before our physical transformation.
To set ourselves up for a strong 2021 and to elevate our physical and mental wellbeing, I invited a very special guest whose not only a kick-ass fitness coach but also a person who went through tough hardships and was able to transform her body & soul inside and out.
My guest for today’s show is Joanne Castillo.
Joanne is the owner of Infalible Fit and a 15 year Air Force Veteran. Joanne’s story is extremely relatable to thousands of people around the world and is especially timely at this time of year.
Joanne has struggled with excess weight her entire life and subsequently, she struggled with negative body image, self-talk, and self-hatred. Not being able to achieve results through diets, she ultimately convinced herself that her body type was hereditary and that she couldn’t do anything about it.
Fortunately and unfortunately, her perspective changed when she got diagnosed with pre-diabetes and high cholesterol in 2016. This event triggered her to get into action. She hired a registered dietician and lost 50lb in one year. As a result of her personal transformation, Joanne’s mission is to help others the way fitness helped her. Joanne believes in supporting her clients as a whole person, with all facets of their personality, getting them past their fitness excuses one habit at a time, and places a priority on building a strong mindset with positive habits.
In this episode, we talk about Joanne’s story of transformation, the power of positive self-image, the link between your results and self-image, the link between self-love and forgiveness and so much more.
This is an incredibly rich, moving, and deep episode and I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did.
If you know of someone who wants to transform their health this year, please share this episode with them and help them get on a journey of lasting health.

Breaking Free From Victim Mentality with Tiffany Armstrong
Thursday Dec 17, 2020
Thursday Dec 17, 2020
Have you ever found yourself walking on the street and felt like somebody was following you?
If yes and want to be able to protect yourself when this is not just a result of your imagination, then tune in to this episode with Tiffany Armstrong.
At 20 years old, Tiffany Armstrong fought off an attacker using the only 3 self-defense moves she knew at the time.
Since then, Tiffany has dedicated her entire life to empowering women in smart self-defense and has educated well over 100,000 women and their families all over the world to protect themselves in a first of its kind personal safety platform. Tiffany’s training is reaching countries that don't even have access to self-defense.
In this episode, Tiffany and I talk about her experience of being brutally assaulted, how she healed from this traumatizing experience and broke free from victim mentality years after her first attack. We talk about Stockholm Syndrome which occurs when abuse victims develop a bond and come to sympathize with the abuser. Outside of that, we talk about hidden forms of manipulation, how to recognize it, and what you can do to better set boundaries and protect yourself from manipulative behavior.
This is an incredibly rich, vulnerable, and inspiring episode and I’m so thrilled for you to hear this inspiring message.
What you need to know about Tiffany:
Tiffany has earned two black belts and has studied multiple forms of martial arts. Beyond the physical techniques, she teaches all aspects of personal safety, for example, how to overcome your own fear response, how to carry yourself in a way that wipes yourself off the victim list of many would-be attackers (according to attackers themselves), and so much more.
Now, enjoy this fantastic, wide-ranging conversation with Tiffany Armstrong.

The Power & Gift of Spirituality & Meditation with Ivonne Delaflor
Tuesday Nov 24, 2020
Tuesday Nov 24, 2020
Have you ever experienced a near-death experience or a situation that changed the way you live? A situation that suddenly gave you a new purpose for life and a reason to serve others.. or an experience that purely served as a wake-up call and put you on the right path from that point on?
If yes, you're not alone. Ivonne Delaflor faced several situations like these at the age of 12 when she witnessed the death of her grandfather and later on at the age of 17 when she got in a life-threatening car accident herself. These experiences have given Ivonne a clear purpose to serve others and from that point, she immersed herself into meditation and all spirituality books she could get her hands on. Sounds off for a teenager? Perhaps.. or you may say it's been all part of the plan..
In this episode, Ivonne and I talk about her story of facing and learning from near-death experiences, finding tremendous strength through meditation, dealing with the choiceless choice, leading by example, and becoming a spiritual teacher. Ivonne is a remarkable warrior who’s embarked on the journey of studying the world's religions, ancient cultures to find wisdom and answers and today you get to hear from her about what she’s learned and found out to be true.
Listen carefully and take notes. I was on the edge of my seat when I had this conversation with her and I hope you'll equally enjoy this conversation.
About Ivonne
Ivonne is known to be one of the predecessors of innovation in Leadership and Personal Transformation, renowned internationally as a Spiritual Master, Author, Musician, Artist, Producer, and Life Coach using the methodology called Total Awareness Coaching™.

"Cancer never met a guy like me."
- Kyle Miron
Have you ever heard these words from a doctor: "You have cancer."?
Hearing these three words may be the scariest thing you may hear regardless if it is you or someone you deeply love who's being given this diagnosis.
At the age of 32, Kyle was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer and doctors weren't giving him much hope. Regardless of the prognosis, Kyle was determined to come out victorious in this fight and he did. When hearing his diagnosis, Kyle said to the doctors: "Cancer never met a guy like me." which gives you a good understanding of his attitude he applied to reclaim his health and come out victorious.
In this episode, Kyle and I talk about the philosophy of being like water that probably saved Kyle’s life, Zen-Buddhism, and the influence of Japanese culture on his personal growth. The silver-lining of Kyle’s story and his victory over cancer is in the importance of mastering your mind, your thoughts, and your emotions, choosing your future instead of waiting around to see what happens.
Kyle is a professional photographer, film-maker, documentarian, and author of the book Brain Status Unremarkable through which he shares his story of beating cancer and empowering others to do the same for them.
Tune in and share this with someone who needs to hear it. I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did.

In this episode, Giorgia and I talk about her career as a professional dancer who's performed on stages alongside Kylie Minogue, Usher, or Natalie Cole. We discuss what it takes to get and stay at the top, how to cultivate high energy, and how to apply the three keys of Gio which are the key principles that have helped Gio stay energized and super connected to her mission and soul.
We talk about how deliberately choosing to do the responsible thing over your passion can leave you emotionally, physically depleted. Gio describes in detail how she got back on her feet by getting back to her own roots which has ultimately helped her find herself again and later help many women in a similar position.
Giorgia Pucci or Gio as people call her is a professional dancer, entrepreneur, co-founder, and CEO of Primo Passo marketing and coaching consultancy that she runs together with her husband Faruk. Today, Gio coaches high-achieving women in the areas of health, self-confidence, relationships, and most of all she helps women reclaim their joy for life, get unstuck, and awaken their passion. Gio lives in Essen, Germany but her Italian blood, and a cheerful personality larger than life is strongly pumping through her veins!!

Thursday Nov 05, 2020
My guest for today’s show is Tab Pierce.
Tab Pierce is the founder and President of Caliber Security Partners. Caliber was created in 2010 and provides cybersecurity services to enterprise clients and emerging technology companies. Tab is also the author of a new book Upsurge, Wreckage to Triumph, Rebuilding Your Personal and Business Life where he shares his experiences, lessons, and setbacks throughout his entrepreneurial journey, and a path forward that has helped his business go from wreckage to triumph.
In this episode, Tab and I talk about his early beginnings in sales and what’s helped him become the #1 sales rep for his company despite many challenges and obstacles that he had to face. We talk about what inspired him to launch his company, the key lessons that were part of the fall, and the triumph of his empire. Tab shares his hard-earned lessons of working with money-lenders, getting out of debt. Together, we get to the bottom of what really helped him rebuild his company. Tab also opens up about how critical it is for men to develop self-love and self-appreciation and how he’s become a better, and more humble bad-ass.
This episode has many golden nuggets, not only for the entrepreneurs and business professionals in the room but pretty much anybody who’s gone through hardships and wonders if he/she can get out of it and be smiling on the other side. My guest for today’s show is Kala Philo.
5 years ago Kala sold or donated everything that wouldn’t fit into her car to travel and build a location independent business. Later she sold her car to a Buddhist Monastery and moved to Mexico City for 2 years.
Kala is a video strategist, course creator, clarity maven, and writer who is passionate about empowering achievers to increase business velocity with DIY video.
As a marketing video producer, Kala has dedicated over 15 years to partner with entrepreneurs and small businesses to help them accelerate their business growth through video. Kala has combined all she knows about simplifying quality DIY video into her Mirror Your Brilliance on Video Method.
Kala has inspired me in so many ways, not only through her video & marketing expertise but especially with her courage to pack her bags and explore the world in her early 50’s. She’s an incredible woman and I believe you’ll learn so much from this episode.
In this episode, Kala and I dive into her travel adventures, and entrepreneurial journey. We talk about what makes for engaging content, on-camera tips, self-love vs. self-acceptance, shifting from a victim mentality, moving away from toleration to celebration, and finally becoming the boss of your own life. This is a very lively, fun, and honest conversation and I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did.
